Specific Duties and Responsibilities

i. Preparation and solving items (questions) of subjects.

ii. Attending any other duties assigned by the Head of department.

iii. Insurance of correctness of the contents before and after publication.

iv. Plan and prepare weekly report about the continuing project activities.

v. Advice the management and other staffs so as they are at all times adequate to meet the requirements of the department plan.

Reporting to:  Head of Department (Content Development and verification)

As part of the supply chain process, Head of department is responsible for a full range of content development and verification administrative activities in accordance with requirement of project.

Key qualifications for the positions.

i. Science position applicants must be graduate in Bachelor of Science with education or bachelor of Education in (any science subject).

ii. Arts position applicants must be graduate in Bachelor of Arts with Education or Bachelor degree in Education from any recognized Institution.

iii. Highly organized, strategic, visionary focused, results oriented and flexible

iv. Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.

v. Able to speak and write English & Swahili.

vi. Ability to work in a team and accept responsibility.

vii. An ability to think strategically and problem solve

A focus on excellence and meet deadlines

viii. A very high level of integrity, honest and sense of accountability

We are a start-up multimedia and tech company looking for a customer service officer to join our operation team. This role would be suitable for fresh graduates.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all general inquiries, account status and technical concerns.
• Managing Company’s social media platforms.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face.
• Manage customer order entries.
• Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge.
• Perform general administration tasks.
• Work with other departments.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports with summaries on major issues.
• Constantly seek improvements in operations efficiency.
Reporting to:  Managing Director
