Duties and responsibilities

·       Support in preparing training schedules

·       Supporting the management to prepare participants database

·       Conducting training evaluation and filling evaluation forms

·       Help the management in ensuring efficient utilization of training resources

·       Maintaining the quality of training tools and equipments

·       Providing trainings to BRAC staff and external stakeholders according to the agreed terms

·       Develop new training modules and review the existing ones

·       Linking BRAC Learning Centre with other training hubs and centers.

·       Facilitating BRAC trainings, events, seminars and celebrations.

·       Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Qualification:

 

1.     Graduate/ Diploma in any related field

2.     Prior experience in conducting training / seminar/ workshop

3.     Proven ability to master the full training cycle.

4.     Excellent presentation and communication skills.
